[1] The Kaleido 3 screen is E Ink's most recent ePaper color screen. It offers a relatively high refresh rate, relaxing hues, and is ready for mass production with consistent quality. And with E Ink ComfortGaze™ on the Kaleido 3, a new front light technology, the Go Color 7 (Gen II) with adjustable front lights can offer a comfortable viewing experience day and night. The new screen and its front light technology may generate a tiny side shadow, which may be eliminated by adjusting the screen brightness and color temperature. [2] The Carta 1300 screen is the latest generation of E Ink display technology, offering enhanced visual quality and performance. The enhanced contrast makes blacks deeper and whites brighter, while faster refresh rates bring smoother transitions between pages.

[3] The water-repellent design protects against daily water exposure, including accidental spills, splashes, or light rain. It is not intended to be submerged in water, or exposed to high-pressure water, or other liquids. The water-repellent effect may decrease over time. Please note that it is not waterproof.

[4] BOOX InkSense is an active pen with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity, currently compatible only with Go Color 7 (Gen II) and Go 7. It pairs directly to the device (no Bluetooth needed) and charges via a USB-C charge cable. It's sold separately and not included in the standard bundle.
